LLT DMX-Splitter/Merger SMS 28 ARTNET for rent or hire

The SMS 28 is a magician with DMX signals and combines functions for which one would otherwise need several devices in a compact 1U - 19\\\" housing.

The plug-in unit has 2 DMX inputs and 8 galvanically isolated and buffered outputs, a display, mode selector switch and a 3-digit DMX channel selection.
The power supply can be used worldwide for voltages between 90 and 240VAC. XLR connectors can be mixed and matched in 3p or 5p.

Also available are RJ45 connectors in a uni-flange housing.

Many functions that can be selected via a selector switch are available:
Conventional splitter 1 in 8 with backup function (last received data is output)
Conventional splitter for 2 lines of 4 outputs each with backup merge 2 in 1 HTP: The highest value of both DMX lines is used;
Merge 2 in 1 LTP-A: If line A fails, the system switches to line B
Merge 2 in 1 LTP-B: If line B fails, the system switches to line A
Merge 2 in 1 Shift: Line B is appended to line A. The channel where the merge starts is adjustable The sum signal of all merge functions is available at outputs 1-8
Split & Shift: The signal of line A is output at outputs 1-4 in the original, at 5-8 line A is output from channel X starting with 001, where X is adjustable. All channels before X are omitted. In this way, 2 systems can be fed with one DMX line even if one of the systems cannot be configured differently than starting at 001.

The Artnet version of the SMS 28 can be recognized by a network connector on the front.
It receives two DMX universes A and B and treats them in the same way as if they were DMX signals at inputs A or B.
DMX functionality is fully maintained, Artnet signals have priority over DMX and automatically switch the unit to Artnet mode. A reset button on the front panel sets the Artnet processor to factory default with a known IP address (IPV4).
The respective MAC address is specified on the device.
