The MA 8Port Node, MA 4Port Node, MA 4Port Node WM (Wall Mount), MA 2Port Node, MA 2Port Node WM (Wall Mount) can be used to convert Ethernet data to DMX and vice versa

At the same time all products work with 1Gbit/s bandwidth. This allows them to seamlessly integrate into the grandMA2 system and its MA-Net2, which is based on this speed to ensure maximum performance.
All products are designed for everyday touring as well as for installations and are therefore equipped with a robust steel housing. In addition to a menu button, the nodes also have a USB port, a 2" colour TFT display and status LEDs for quick and easy configuration.
All MA xPort Nodes can be configured completely via a grandMA2 console or via grandMA2 onPC.
It is also possible to define how each individual DMX port should be used - whether as input or output.
In addition, the MA xPort Nodes are also available as onPC version, which allows to enable parameters for onPC workstations (more information under MA onPC Solutions).

The MA 4Port Node is the right solution if a medium number of DMX universes are to be converted at the same location. The standard version of the MA 4Port Node is available in a 9"/1U housing with the connectors on the back.
With the help of a special installation kit this version can also be installed in a 19" rack.
In addition, a cover is available that has all the rear connectors of the MA 4Port Node and can be placed on the side of the MA 4Port Node. In this way, the connections are also accessible from the front when the MA 4Port Node is installed in a rack.
As a further option, two MA 4Port Node can be connected to each other via special fasteners and thus installed in a 19" rack. Finally, there is the option to rig the devices using couplers or hooks.
The four DMX outputs, the main switch as well as a powerCON and etherCON connector are located on the rear panel.
